This is the best service I have ever had from a spa business. He is very knowledgeable and you can't beat the price.  Most importantly he is honest and won't take advantage of you. That's very important to me as a woman. He even gave me good advice about the cheapest way to buy parts. Goes above and beyond for a customer. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Kevin was very responsive by telephone and email about when he could come by the house and repair my hot tub.   Because the weather was going to be below freezing for an extended period before my new pump would arrive and be installed, he  made a special call to advise on how to keep the remaining water in the pipes from freezing and causing extensive damage.   The price was consistent with other quotes, but the communication and follow up was outstanding.
