I had Southern tire put four new tires on my car which I bought on amazon. They over torqued my lugnuts and one broke off. The owner refused to give me a full refund and wanted me to drive a car with three lugnuts to his other location to fix it. I'd avoid this place if you have the option. If not, be sure to watch while they do the work.

its Bin a few months since i had them Chang my front tires with a set of used tires. the tires are doing good but that s not much help if the WHEELS DON'T STAY ON THE DAMN CAR. my front left wheel did not have the lugs on tight and after a few weeks of driving with loose nuts my rim is jacked up as well as lug nuts and hub   am not that smart with cars but i guess its my fault for not checking the nuts after the job was finished  and b4 you ask the studs hub nuts and rim had bin  in pretty good shape b4 the job was done. as far as customer service my experience  was great nice ppl and good prices but that is pointless if i have to pay for new lugnuts $6 PER NUT and $80 NEW HUB $75 FOR THE RIM OFF OF EBAY AND $15 TO PAY SOME ONE TO SWITCH THE TIRE  FROM SWISS CHEESE RIM TO NEW RIM  $200 to fix the screw up and 2 days of missed work i am far from happy
