Thanks a lot for killing my rabbit Southgate Animal Hospital. She was my service animal and you managed to kill her somehow. Are you really sure you know what you're doing when it comes to rabbits and how much anesthesia to actually give a rabbit without killing it? My rabbit was completely healthy yesterday morning running around eating, honking and being sassy, and somehow by 2:30pm she's not able to breathe on her own. Please stop saying your experienced with rabbits when clearly you have no GOD DAMN idea with how to handle them.  Thanks for nothing. You're horrible and I'm angry and hurt. Stop using the stupid ass laser way and just go back to the traditional way, it's better that way. Just stop trying be "efficient," because clearly it's not working. But now you killed her and I'm heartbroken. Thank you for showing so much compassion. I hope no one goes here, please save your money, time, and rabbits from this awful GOD DAMN place they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO RABBITS. So please save yourself the heartache and your rabbit from these heartless bastards.

Seen Vet and got Vaccinations. Also got anal flushing. My Dog found was injured by Vet's during flushing and prescribed antibiotic's, pain medication, rectal cleaning drug. 7 days later improved, but still having problems..

I took my python here because I was concerned she was dehydrated after being diagnosed with pneumonia the week prior at another vet and treated there. I thought Dr. Keith Goode was great with my snake. He was very gentle during the examination and knew how to handle her without upsetting her, and she hates being touched! He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about snake husbandry and medicine. He thoroughly answered all my questions and gave me tips on how I could make her more comfortable during her recovery period. This is the 5th snake vet I've been to in metro Detroit, and I will definitely be going back. 

My only quibble was the receptionist that "helped" me was rather grumpy, and seemed to have a problem with me requesting that they call my other vet to have my snake's records faxed over, telling me, "You didn't bring them with you?" Sorry, didn't know it was such a hassle for you to make a phone call and she should know that I don't carry my pet's medical records with me; that's something the office keeps. The wait  to get into a room was a little long, but that's not always in the clinic's control.

If you have all the time in the world to see a vet for your sick pet, then this is the place for you! My first visit, I left work early to get to a 5:15pm appointment. I got there 5 minutes early and waited and waited... 6:20pm approaches and finally get into a room. Mind you I had another appointment at 7pm. I waited 20 minutes in the room with no vet in sight and had to leave. I rescheduled thinking I would give this place a second chance. Boy was I wrong! I'm sitting here I a room now, waiting again. I arrived at 5:45pm for my 6pm appointment and it's now 7:39pm... mind you, they close at 7pm. VERY disappointed in this animal hospital! The vet and assistant were nice, but it doesn't make up for the hours wasted here! NEVER coming back.
