Good mall.  Not overwhelmingly big or confusing.  Not small either.  Has smaller versions of most stores you'd find in bigger cities.  The food choices could use a good diner-like place with a buffet.  And a book store would be so nice.  But overall, nice, clean, inviting place.

Awesome mall. Love it. The stores are pretty good. I love the inside so nice looking and so clean. A bit pricey. The one thing I hate is those animals that kids can drive. The kids that ride them don’t care about the people how walk there, that’s the only thing i hate. Overall great place

They do not even have medical supplies at guest services. No wet floor signs and guest services was rude. These floors are very slippery when wet and they did nothing about it today. If older folks slip, they will end up in the hospital and after telling them that they did nothing and said security should be on top of it. This mall has seen better days.

If you have ever been to a shopping mall in a metropolitan area this mall will not impress you. My biggest pet peeve with this mall is that every store you walk into, a salesperson will approach you and tell you the sales and ask to help you. I just want to shop, I don't need help finding a sale rack, I've been to a retail store before! The stores there are not anywhere that I like to shop. The whole place looks tired. And the food there is not good. Very underwhelming if you've ever been to a real mall.

I got in South gate mall ONLY to PAY my T-MOBILE BILL It's the easiest T-Mobile store for me to get too. The people are really nice.
