I was always happy with the work until this last trip yesterday. I paid $30 for an inside and outside clean for my van. When I got in it I noticed popcorn all over the place. I have never eaten popcorn in my van. The mats were upside down and dirty. The trunk was not vacuumed even though it was empty. It also now has a strange odor like dirty rags. Things have really gone downhill. I will not be back.

Took my truck to have it washed and it did not come clean.  The guys that wiped my tuck off smeard dirt all around on my tailgate and not to mention the soap skim that was also left on my vehicle. Would have been nice if the workers that wipe your car off said that your vehicle did not come clean can have you go through the wash again.

The car wash was wonderful until I got out to vacuum.  I went to get the hose to vacuum and slid and landed on my tail bone because there was so much ice.  My son signaled for the workers and they ignored us

They washed the outside decently, but they did miss quite a few spots. The interior was done very well and I was very satisfied. Just make sure that your windshield and doors are cleaned well before you leave. Also would like to say, you must open your trunk, if you want that cleaned.

I was so excited to get my car washed after a camping trip. I left Mr. car wash so happy because Rhonda the Honda looked beautiful. I was all set to give them five stars before I opened my trunk.  They didn't touch it at all, even though it was completely empty! I was packing for a business trip to Chicago this weekend and found my trunk looking like this after my car wash. I I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they forgot to open it. But in the slightest chance that this IS a business decision it is literally the dumbest thing I have ever encountered. Even if it says in small writing somewhere that they don't clean your trunk, I don't care. Clean my WHOLE car. Thanks :)
