We were advised to utilize April with Southland for a very large scale bathroom renovation. We were bringing multiple bathrooms down to the studs and completely remodeling them, plumbing and electrical included. From the initial meeting, April made us feel like an inconvenience; she was condescending and belittling. She criticized the aesthetics of our design and made us feel as though we were wasting her time (with our $50k+ budget). She was so distracted that she had to ask us multiple times what pieces, brands and trims she was ordering for us. When we finally received our items, we had to go back multiple times because April, the self-proclaimed “expert,” either forgot to order all the pieces we needed or ordered incorrect pieces. Each time, she was more unprofessional than the last with us. Our contractor and plumber were amazing but I will never utilize Southland plumbing again, nor would I ever recommend them. Conversely, my experience with Ferguson and LCR have been nothing but wonderful. I dot know how April keeps her job with the lack of professionalism, follow through and poor customer service/attitude she exudes towards her teammates and customers.

I called to get information about a new toilet. I spoke with a salesman named Louis who was extremely patient. He stayed on the phone walking me through locating the information on my existing toilet and made some recommendations. They had good competitive pricing.

Do not go here. Bad customer service geared to make the amateur feel stupid. They outright refuse to try to understand what you need or try to help. Do not ask for help from Angela. She was more preoccupied with texting on her phone and talking to coworkers and seemed annoyed that I was there.
