Those eligible may enter the contest or sweepstakes during the period noted for each individual contest or sweepstakes details, by way of the method noted in each individual contest or sweepstakes. SouthPoint Financial Credit Union assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or otherwise unfound entries.

Need not be present to win. All decisions are final and are at SouthPoint Financial Credit Union's sole discretion. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and will be required to respond within 48-hours to claim the prize. Prizes must be picked up at a SouthPoint Financial Credit Union branch and valid photo identification must be presented. In the event we are unable to contact the winner, SouthPoint Financial Credit Union may randomly select an alternate winner 2-business days after the drawing date. If there are multiple winners, 1 winner from them will be randomly drawn.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against any and all claims or cause of action, arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Participation in any Promotion constitutes winner’s consent SouthPoint Financial Credit Union use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or opinion for Promotional purposes as permitted by law and in agreement with SouthPoint Financial Credit Union’s Privacy Policy https://www.southpointfinancial.com/privacy-policy

By submitting an entry, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.

SouthPoint Financial Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify Promotions, or any part of a Promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice. If the Promotion is discontinued for any reason, SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

The released parties are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, technical or human error in processing the entries or in any relation to the Promotion.

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
