Units are OK.   Lousy office staff in my experience.  No CC accepted, rates are high and I have been given the run around on my refund.   "because I had a contract"  they can't mail my refund to my new address?  Why did I have a storage place while I was waiting for escrow then?   When I first went there I should have known that it was not a very professional place to do business with.   I should have stayed in my other place in Rohnert Park, their units were clean, price was great and the office staff was very attentive and CC were accepted.    I went in mid month with Southpoint, on my movers recommendation:( and totally space when the first of the month arrived and I did not make a payment on the 1st of the month...they would not let my movers have access while I went to the bank to get cash.   Had they accepted CC this would not have happened.  Still waiting for my refund and it has been now almost a month,  on Thursday it will have been a month.   I have called and written to no avail.  Moving is extremely stressful and particularly when you don't know when or where you are moving.   Life Storage in Rohnert Park was great and should have stayed there.

The office staff is always courteous and friendly. The cleanest well lighted storage units I have ever rented. Staff are also very helpful and informative.

This is the best storage in all Sonoma county. They are open until 8pm in case you work all day. The staff are very nice. They don't jump the price up after 6 mos. All good!
