Absolutely one of the worst banks I have had the pleasure to deal with. They give you a loan, life happens, one payment is missed and they report you instantly to the credit bureau. Then the lady in the office was about as rude as they come.

I love Southside Bank! I just went through a terrible divorce and I've lost a lot of money.  I'm a recovering drug addict.  I've been sober 11 months Southside Bank gave me my second chance that I needed. I was greeted by the bank manager Monica and Monica introduced me to my banker Olivia. I've been so happy all week because I have new friends and a new bank! I recommend this bank if you're anything like me and you just want a second chance. They believe in me. I believe in myself and I found a bank that I will bank with for the rest of my life! I love and respect you Southside Bank! Thank You!

This review is not a reflection on the other Southside locations.  I went to the Grapevine location because somebody hacked my debit card and I needed to replace it.  I death with one of the Senior Bankers in order to replace the card.  He appeared to be entering the information and I thought a replacement card was on the way.  As a side note, he let me withdraw cash but said he could not do a temp card.  After a couple of weeks there is no card.  I call the bank and ask about it and a young sounding teller answers.  I tell him about the situation and who I dealt with.  He tells me he will check and after a few minutes tells me that somebody will call back.  Nobody ever calls.  A week later I go to the White Settlement location and I'm told that it was never ordered.  The banker puts in the order and gives me a temp card.  What a difference in branches.
