We had a great stay here. We only stayed one night, we had to stop for the night and we're so glad we stopped here. Very personable owner with the cleanest rooms I've ever seen. I don't me just clean, I mean new kind of clean. Meticulously cared for building and rooms. I loved that it was a small place so we didn't have a lot of traffic on the grounds and people walking/talking past our room. I will definitely stay here again.

Traditional Mom and Pop old style motel with responsible, caring owners.  The rooms are kept very clean and the service is impeccable.  Wayne and his wife, Barbara, are two of the nicest people.  Only drawback is the traffic, especially during rush hour, but most motels have the same problem here, being close to Hwy 101, and the traffic is minimal during the night.  Super easy access for travelers and close to shopping and restaurants.  Complimentary coffee in the room, free WiFi, fridge and microwave make for a convenient stay.  Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and the owners do not tolerate any loud, obnoxious or illicit behavior which adds a safe and quiet feel to the rooms.  This is my second stay here, and it is as good as the first time : )

Under new management, friendly staff new owners a great guy rooms are clean he's renovating the place adding new things and has a low weekly rate 

I would recommend this place to anyone. If you're in coos bay need a place to stay check this place out!

Great experience, for an even greater price! Huge screen T.V in your room and basically a walk in closet. Would recommend to anyone! Super nice staff and the owner is a super sweet man! You'll love staying here! Such a great location, anything you'll need it right there! Totally come here if your planning on staying a couple nights in coos bay! :D
