The Purpose of the Southwest Church of Christ is Fourfold:
First: We desire to evangelize the lost, leading them to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. (Luke 19:10)
Second: We plan to edify the saved through encouragement and the opportunity for spiritual growth. (Romans 14:19)
Third: We seek to minister to those in need, fulfilling the purposes of both evangelism andedification. (Matthew 25:35, 36, 40)
Fourth: We will endeavor to be the conscience of the community, holding high the standard of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 5:16)
