Horrible! Didn't even tell me full results of my MRI , picked up report and so many things they didn't tell me! I'm in non stop pain! Glad I signed off and am going to see another pain management dr

If there was a way to give these people negative stars I would! I asked my Dr. an orthopedic surgeon to look at my MRI. He informed me surgery was not the answer to scarring of my hip tendons and muscle death of  my portion of my right hip. He gave me an order to see a pain management clinic for cortisone injections as I am 42 now walking with a cane in very bad pain, in a sit down job, had to move my family to a ranch house because I couldn't bare the stairs in our old house. I need to chase after my 7 yr old. Now I am no stranger to pain I have lupus, I am also not obese I am 5'5" 157 lbs. Not terrible bad anyways. I did all this to finally get relief and after waiting 8 days for them to review the order and not call me back, I call and ask have they made a decision. Yes, we don't inject in the hip. Well are there any folks I can see? We don't know. Well may i get a referal to a dr they know? Nope. Nada. Zilch. After 6 months of aggrivations. Cleveland Clinic strongsville put me in, pulled up my order and gave me an early october appt. Promised I would not be left hanging and would be refered if I couldn't be seen, but assured me they could see me and would take care of me . THANKS CLEVELAND CLINIC I LOVE YOU EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE 20 mins away, YOU ROCK! YOU TREAT PEOPLE LIKE PEOPLE!

So far so good. Been going with my mo-in-law to see David Ryan, and we're very happy with him.
