I am a new patient here and for my first appointment, they rescheduled my time that didn't work for me without calling me first to discuss it. Rescheduled and the day before my appointment, was once again notified my appointment time was changed to a time that wouldn't work for me. I had to make arrangements to make my appointment or I would have to wait until July 31st to be seen. I was told to be at my appointment for 10:45 and my appointment was at 11. It is now 12:01 and I have STILL not seen anyone. I have seen at least 5 different people come in and leave while I still sit here missing work when I should be there. There is no urgency here and you would be lucky if you could get them to answer the phone. They do not care about anyone's mental health or even take it serious. For a first time patient, you would think they would do better than this. Horrible service
