Our son broke his arm during a football game. Southwest accommodated us and my son was seen the morning after. Dr. Schell was very good at explaining the x-rays and next steps in treatment.  The supporting staff at both locations were very friendly and courteous. While the broken arm itself was not a good experience, the orthopedic treatment was.
