Southwick Insurance Agency has excellent customer service and great rates. They are very quick and helpful to respond to any questions I have regarding my policies. I would HIGHLY recommend them to others. They are truly a great company to work with.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with, but Carmen was the most rude, vile, and mean person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I called her back to fix a grammatical error on a document she sent over, she then yelled at me saying it wasn't wrong (apparently I can't tell an n from an m) and hung up the phone on me. Today I called to ask for a document to which she again yelled at me, I asked for her managers number for the second time to which she yelled, "I already gave it to you I'm not giving it to you again." She will undoubtedly repudiate everything I am saying, but luckily we use recorded phone lines, so I can take her vulgar, rude, disgusting attitude on record to her superiors if I see fit. I have dealt with many insurance agencies, and mike was one of (if not the best agent) I've ever dealt with but Carmens evil demeanor has made it so I hope to never ever have to talk to her ever again. I have never felt so belittled, dehumanized, and offended in my entire life. Coming from customer service, I would never allow an employee of mine to talk to someone like that, customer or not. She needs to reevaluate her life choices and her morals. I am giving them three stars because mike was a 5 but carmen was a 0. Truly disgusted.
