I can't speak highly enough of SG Contracting, I would give 10 stars if I could. Earlier this year I undertook a large home remodel project of adding a 750 sq ft home addition/mother in law suite as well as full outdoor kitchen and patio. I had heard all the horror stories of how difficult it can be going through this kind of project and how hard it is to manage your contractor. I can honestly say this was not my experience at all. Before deciding to work with SG Contracting I spoke with 10 different people on referrals who all told me what a great experience they had and how wonderful TJ was to work with. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this for myself after 5 months of working with TJ and having non stop communication. He was always available even on nights and weekends to the point I felt like he probably never stopped working. But he was available to always answer my questions and concerns, while guiding me through every step of the process. I felt like he stayed on track of schedule outside of weather delays which couldn't be avoided. His sub contractors were top notch and almost all owner operators which I loved because you could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Each trade that would arrive I would think was better than the one previous, can't say enough good things about his framers, concrete guys, stone guys....every single one was fantastic. TJ made what was a stressful process just having your home under construction managable because he was on top of everything every step of the way. At the end, I was so happy with how everything and turned out, he really cared about all the small details in making the project come together almost as if it were something he were building for himself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TJ and SG Contracting for any project you may be considering.
