Used to LOVE this place, but they changed the pricing to be based off calendar days instead of 24 hour periods. 

That change alone increased my cost by 30%+. 

While i may park here again, I'll only do so if my trip dates overlap enough where 24 hour periods and calendar day are roughly the same.

It's a shame too, because they've essentially lost a loyal customer do to their price changes.

Took 45 minutes to get picked up from the curb stop. Took an additional 30 minutes to pay for parking to receive a code to be able to leave the parking structure. I stated how displeased I was with the service and requested a small discount. I was told that nobody leaves without paying in full. I have used this service numerous times in the past with no problems whatsoever. However, the way that I was treated and spoken to on this visit guaranteed that I will seek parking elsewhere from now on and not return to this establishment.

Quick 24 hour shuttle.  Response time for a ride is among the very best.  Everyone on the staff is courteous and helpful.  Shop online for discounts.

Always park here and take their shuttle to the airport.  The airport rules have recently changed and they are no longer able to drop off on the departure level (no parking garages can anymore) do a bit more of a hassle if you have lots of luggage or kids since you'll have to walk and find an elevator/escalator.  Quick pickup when arriving.

I prepaid our reservation in advance for the $12 daily rate (calendar day, not 24-hour day), and the $10 daily rate advertised on their home page was nowhere to be found.  If they charged for a 24-hour day, we would have been charged for one less day.  Apparently it's cheaper if you park on the roof, and we did not reserve roof parking, but that's ALL that was available when we dropped off our car.  There was just one other open space--most spaces being reserved for hotel parking or valet.  Since the elevator doesn't go to the roof, we had to walk down a level with our suitcases to take the elevator the last five levels.
