The worst parking experience I have ever had in the city. Took 30 minutes to get into the garage because they had a huge line (of very angry people) that blocked the entire block. Staff was rude. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a bit hectic, but it was the same thing when we came back for the car at night. Tried to be polite, but staff was rude and talking back to customers, unorganized, lost tickets. Took 15 minutes to get the car. Find somewhere else to park. Not worth it.

Terrible experience! We had prepaid for a spot about a week in advance but still got turned away when we got there. They said no SUVs but no where on the site or at that location did it say that anywhere. We told them we had prepaid but they did not care and said call to try and get your money back. Then they said it cost more for SUVs which I happily would have paid if it asked that when we were reserving the spot. I had to beg them to let us stay as were traveling with our 1 year old which was the reason we prepaid to have the comfort of knowing we had a spot. The employees could not be more rude. I could go on and on but suggest you never use them. I know I never will!

BAIT AND SWITCH! don't go here if you want to keep your money! Charged $12 extra for an "oversized vehicle" fee not listed on the website, and we were not given the rates that we specifically purchased on the website. Another $14 extra charge. So if you enjoy shoveling out your hard earned cash to a bunch of unknowledgeable people who attempt to cheat you any way possible, then please go here. Otherwise, I'd advise to stay away

I've never rated a parking garage before but I use this one frequently and they've always been attentive and courteous which is uncommon in NYC garages.
