I bought a used tub awhile back from Mark.  He delivered it and set it up expertly.  About mid-way through year one, the electronic panel failed.  He came, diagnosed the issue, got the part and replaced in record time.  Parts were at-cost and he did not charge us a penny for labor.  He's had our customer loyalty ever since.  He's awesome.  He also has the best price on filters - way cheaper that anywhere on the net for our particular size.

Really nice guy it took a couple of days to connect with him but I think he is running the business by himself.  When he came out to check out my tub he figured out the problem and made a complete parts list in one trip.  He fixed my tub and gave me a great deal.  It is hard to fing repair people like this.  I highly recommend.
