I sympathize with having terrible experiences at nail salons. I visited this salon after having a rude experience at another place when I received a pedicure (nails cut unevenly, unfriendly technician). However, maybe none of these people who left bad reviews had ROSE as their technician! I've never met Rose before, but she made sure my nails were beautiful when I left and after requesting a manicure with no polish she talked me into a gel polish which looks fly as fu**. She even told me that if within one week of chipping she would make it right! She was friendly and kind and absolutely treated me with every courtesy. 5 stars until proven otherwise and well worth the money.

Best nail salon in town, bar none.  I am really surprised at the bad reviews.  If there is a problem with any staff member, the owners are extremely approachable and won't tolerate it.  They pride themselves on being the best and they really are.  I've never had a bad experience in ten years!

Simply the best nail spa in town. Besides doing an excellent job, they are also very hospitable and passionate about the work they do.

Every little thing cost! I've never had to pay extra for lifting when I had a fill in! I had to pay for them to shape my nails after she cut them down for " free"! Amy the nail tech had an attitude as she said my nails were too long...& hard to cut down! She kept making faces & huffing & puffing while rolling her eyes! Got even more upset when I told her how I like my nails to look! Next thing I know I'm being moved into Tony's chair! He did an okay job. Well, at least he wasn't making me feel uncomfortable. He just added more charges to my bill... the lifting charge! Smh! In total I spent $54.00 not including the tip! As I kept getting interrupted by other workers who had to turn in their money and get change not alone have customer preferred cards signed I took notice "l" wasn't giving one... so I asked were was mine? Well.... the owner told me I could only have one if I spent over $25.00 cash! Well damn! I paid $35.00 credit and $19.00 cash + $10.00 tip! Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I got a gel mani pedi and after a couple days the gel started to chip and peel. Went back to have it corrected and he told me "my nail beds are thin" (I get these regularly and have never in my life been told this) he would not fix it or give me a refund. Terrible customer service. Will not return.
