I went there yesterday and I loved it my friend told me about it and I  didn't even know they had moved in. They are already better than Dynamic and Crystal they have a updated clean comfy nail salon, when you walk in the door they have a receptionist desk so someone is always greeting you with a smile. Automatically first thing they said to me was "we take care of you, what would you like?" Annie did my nails. I believe she is the head director there and she did my nails I was talking to her and these are the  things she guaranteed and offered me. 1. guarantees her work if it fails after you leave she fixes it for free without question your fault or not. 2. she has a student discount which I loved. 3.she has a new promotion every month this month. 4. her words were " people bring money and people back. Money does not bring money back. Her and her staff are very much about making sure you are satisfied with the work they did and show that they care about the customers. 5. when they do your nails they talk to you. They engage with their customers. At the other nail salons in emporia you do not get that treatment unless you are a high paying regular. Their shops have not been updated in a long time. When you walk in they just look run down and I have went in many times asking them to fix something the day after because it did not last or paint started peeling and they wouldn't fix it with out charging. I highly recommend going into this new salon you will not regret it

I had an awesome experience at Spa Royal today! The place is so clean & comfy. They were very pleasant and took plenty of time to make sure that my nails were perfect. I love that they didn't rush and really cared that I was happy. Their prices are awesome too. Will most definitely be back.

I definitely recommend going here! Today was my first time and I will definitely be going back! It was so cozy and laid back! I felt so comfortable there. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Hands down, best customer service at a salon! 😀

The best nail spa I've been to ever... so clean and professional, I would recommend this spa to anyone I know. The nail extensions look and feel amazing I've never felt more relaxed and beautiful. Definitely coming back and becoming a regular customer.
