I was so nervous about getting a Brazilian wax because it was my first time. I was greeted with a very warm welcome. The tech was amazing! She was very fast, polite, efficient... etc... I was really happy when I left. A few days later, just a few hairs were bothering me because I was told it wasn't recommended to go super invasive on the first one. I called up to schedule an appointment to get the last bit removed and they on their own accord told me there would be no charge. I was ready to pay. Over all excellent service and staff. Highly recommended! And I'm a college student and used to people automatically treating me like crap because I look broke and drive a crappy car.

I have been using the  services at SpaSynergy for more than 2 years and their service is very good, I beleive I get good value for the  the money.

I utilize their massage service most of the time, and can tell you it is excellent- I feel totally relaxed  when I am done with it. No wonder I have been going back to them for the last 2 years- even when I could have  gone else where.

I recommend them without any reservation.

Called to get information and to make an appointment, and the gentleman that answered had absolutely no idea what he was talking about and could barely form a coherent sentence. When I started asking about deals I found online he got an attitude with me and started speaking to me like I was an idiot. I'll never spend my money here, and based on my experience and those posted below I'd recommend you stay away!

WILL NEVER GO BACK! 

I get massages very often! A few times a month, I go to a few places very regularly but if they do not have openings I call around, this place always has an opening. I have had the same therapist every time. I think she is the owner? Here is the deal every time the massage is lackluster but when in need of some relaxation beggers cant be choosy, the last time I went about 2 weeks ago I decided I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Besides getting about 42 minutes of actual massage on a 60 minute massage, the lady sits down the whole massage and her massage consists of rub here hands over your body with no pressure or engagement at all just the lightest, laziest strokes ever! She uses about a gallon of oil and just pretty much dumps it on you. When I am just looking for just a relaxation massage with no technique or engagement I was able to come here in the past but when you cut my massage short thats when I post a BAD review, You can tell she is extremely lazy and does not really care if you enjoy your massage. BOTTOM LlNE - check it our for yourself but I can almost gaurentee you, if you get the owner you will get a very lackluster limited effort massage. I have never had any other services here but I can not imagine they are any better. I see the reviews below others have had the same issue. They get over charged, cut short on time and so on. 
Oh and she leaves her phone on during a massage and it rings . . . . . 
she also leaves the room
Now that I look back on my experience at this place im not even sure why I went here more than once! 
Not sure what I was thinking I guess maybe I was hoping for a different therapist? 
either way. 
Strongly recommend to NEVER go here! 
PS this will also be my first bad review about any company ever online. My time is my money, I feel the lady is a theif!

On my first attempt to sched an appt no one answered the phone. The 2nd attempt a person answered w/a "hello" (not this is spa synergy, etc). I attempted to make an appt and he said they had some family stuff going on & took my name & number for a call back. I waited 1 month, never rec'd a call back. I called back 1 month later & again the phone was answered, "Hello." This time I was able to make an appt but had GREAT concerns based on the gentleman's lack of seeming like he knew what he was doing! I made the appt for Monday, Sept 30th. I told him I would be driving there from out of town and needed him to assure me someone would be there (had my doubts based on the lack of professionalism). Needless to say I arrived Monday, Sept. 30th at 9:45 (15 min prior to scheduled appt). The doors were locked & the parking lot looked deserted! I waited (against my better judgement) until 10:20 then left. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
