Didn't like that when we got pedicures they had clear trash bags in the tub. I'm guessing so they don't have to clean it and can toss the bag. When I'm spending as much money as I did. I want to feel the jets! That's part of the relaxation. I won't be back ever!

I've been going here since I've moved to fort worth for about 4 years. I'm very particular with my nails and they always have patience with me. Ive been to many nails shops being prior military and this is one of the best. They charge a little more than some places but it well worth it. Someone complained about the clear bags being used during the pedi well that helps with sanitation they use a new bag for every customer and clean the bowl in which the bag is in also. I'm moving to dallas soon and I will def make the trip to them

This place basically charges what they want each time you go in. My girlfriend went in weeks ago and they charged her $30 for a full acrylic set with glitter and went back today for the same exact thing and they charged her $48.50. When she rang the total up without the clerk telling her how much it was and slid the card she asked why the total was different and they told her that the individual doing her nails did it differently the last time when my girlfriend told her that it was the same exact thing that she had last time. The excuse that was given was "well the person probably just added glitter in" and then it was "well i don't understand, do you like your nails?" and lastly, "well I don't know what you want me to do because we already swiped your card".... Seriously, you guys are a terrible business and I will explain to everyone that they should never visit this place because they have no idea what they are doing and are clueless on the customer service side of a business.

I went to that salon when I was 12 it was my first time going and they charged me 40$ for French tho while they charged my friend 30 for the same thing. They ripped me off because knowing i was a kid my friend brought her mom with her so that's probably while they didn't charge that much. At least the nails lasted me for about 2 months
