I have been going to Spa Utopia for over 8 yrs, maybe more.  Not once I had bad service, a bad massage, or a long wait; and my standards are high. The complementary services are a plus but I DON'T take him for granted, they are "complimentary" so if I can't use the pool or the spa for reasons beyond their control, that is not going to ruin my day.  I always leave relaxed,  happy, and look forward to book my next appointment.  I highly recommend Spa Utopia.

I had a last minute RMT cancellation for  an annual Spa date me and some friends had.  The Spa provided me with an amazingly relaxing Facial Massage instead.  Our Spa day was perfect.

Great place, very good registered massage therapist. After a massage you feel very light and strong. Men's and women's have a Sona and steam room. The prices are reasonable, only problem is parking.

Poor service. Well, I had reservation for myself and my husband. Waited for 2 months to get spot. when I did the reservation, I conformed with them that I want to use pool and amenities of the hotel and they confirmed it is possible. However my original reservation was for Saturday 11:00 am . Few days later they called me and changed my reservation to Sunday at 5:00 pm.So after 2 months waiting, I was so excited to have a nice evening with my husband, have a massage, go to pool and steam. But after finishing the massage, they told us because they are about to close, we cannot go to pool. I asked them if we can use the steam, they said men's steam has problem. Only I can use woman steam, so I was like " what my husband suppose to do while I am in steam?" and it was all in rush.
Anyway, they said the manager is not working and I need to talk to her. I called her next day and she was like there is not much I can do. It is complimentary service by hotel and sorry that it didn't work with your hour!!!
I said you have changed my reservation and changed it to 1 hour before your closing!! anyway, she hasn't done anything to make it right. I will not go there in any circumstances. They ruined my evening.

Not sure about the people with bad service reviews, but my wife and I had a great time here. The service was very friendly and helpful. 
The massage was good. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a bonus. The out door hotel pool is a bonus.
