Emma is so sweet and talented! She listened and followed through with everything I requested. The salon is very relaxing and her assistant was extremely kind and accommodating throughout the entire service from check in to check out. Cannot wait for my next visit!

Worst in customer service I’ve ever experienced.  Things started off well enough.  Receptionist was lovey and was able to accommodate my request for a hydrating facial.  

I was given my aesthetician’s name who met me a bit later than my appointment time but that is not uncommon in this business so off I went,

First thing I noticed when I entered the room and was told how to prepare there was no place for me to hang my close.  I was surprised there was no dressing area/bathrooms for changing, no robe and slippers to slip into - at the rates they charge for their services I was thrown but whatever.

My service started and just as I was starting to relax car horns were blowing and you could hear bus engines as they drove by.  I made a comment something like “that’s unfortunate “ and the young lady that was taking care of me commented that this is something they have to deal with.

Next there was a rumbling and she shared that there were apartments over the spa and they have to deal with that as well. 

I added an item to my service which was accommodated and we continued from there.

I never really got to relax based on the environment but oh well, right?

When I paid for my service I was going to leave a tip on my credit card and I was told that was not an option but I could certainly pay in cash and if I didn’t have cash I was welcome to use the ATM in the hallway for a fee.

REALLY!!!  What Spa that charges these kinds of prices won’t allow you to tip on a credit card!

2 days later I reached out to them because my face was now so dry that my skin was flaking.  

I asked if a Manager was available so I could share my feedback and was told they would have to get back to me.

I received a call that the manager had 10 minutes and would be waiting for me.

I arrived back at the Spa and was met by her in the hallway.  I wasn’t invited to an office or even to take a seat.

I relayed my experience and was told that she would need to speak to the aesthetician and that she would let the owners know.

I was never asked for my contact information for a follow up, heck she didn’t even offer me a chapstick to try and win back my confidence.

I was sent on my way feeling I was no concern to her at all.

Take it for what its worth - you spend almost $200 for a 50 minute service that leaves you worse off then before you went and they didn’t seem to care.

Definitely not the kind of Spa experience I’m used to.

Disregard my earlier 2 stars. I highly recommend the Spa Wellington. Whitney has been cutting my hair for a number of years and I am very happy with her. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

I was recommended to Colette by a friend and she is amazing. She is easy to talk to and did an amazing job based on my vague description. Kudos! My natural color is blond and now that my hair is dark she suggested and try eyebrow tinting from Teddi. It turned out awesome and she talked me through the process. She gave my brows the best shape they have ever had. Both these ladies rock and always answer my questions about products and never pressure me.
