As the name suggests on another meaning, If you want to make your kids interested in Science or sound, make their brain gets the spark, bring them here. They have amazing collection of artifacts here. My two kids thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Also if you are going on a weekend, do not miss the show at 2:30pm. That will make them happy. They had 3 Tesla coil in the show. Also, if you have a pacemaker, that show is not for you, stay outside. It deals with high voltage stuff, so why take risks? All in all, it worth for your kids and your insider nerd.. We may be back someday.
If you are into antiques and rare collectibles, this is a place for you. They have lots of originals from the early 1900s and late 1800s such as, radios, record players, TV, and much more. Definitely stuff I have never seen before. Staff was great, friendly, and helpful. Educational as far as what inventions there was back in the days. I had a chance to talk to John, President/CEO of Sparks and educated me on how they were able to gather these rare pieces. Even showed me other things he has in his collection. Great places to take your kids show them how technology was like back then. I even ended up buying from the CEO a Crosley Model 51 radio made in 1923.
What an absolutely amazing experience!! Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about giving you the best experience possible while inspiring love of science. They spent so much time explaining all of their exhibits and the science and history behind them. I can’t thank them enough for giving my son the best 13th birthday gift ever. He has never been so excited and happy to spend hours at a museum learning and growing an appreciation for science like he was at The Spark Museum.
Attended the show here and it was great. Very educational. I was amazed at how many items they had in the museum that were 1 of 1 or 1 of very few in existence. for instance: they have a light bulb that was handmade by Thomas EdisonVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure

Wha an amazing time I had visiting the museum. The items and the staff are incredible! I watched the presentation at the end and it was really great. I did not expected that quality at all.
Woah! This place is just fabulous! Hands down the best museum I've ever been to. All the fun with the tesla coils in the one hour demonstration just make it an unparalleled experience.
What an awesome museum! Loads of hands on activities, so many unique and fascinating items, and excellent demonstrations. We loved the hour and half we spent here.
Came through here for a bham spirit and cider stroll. The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions we had. Can't wait to come in for a proper visit!
