I have been to Sparket countless times, and for the most part, it has always been a good experience. I very much enjoy the online ordering, rewards program, selection, and the new stores look (and parking!). But I have to say, that recently, I have had a couple of not so good experiences. For the last couple of months, about every other time I go there, something I order gets messed up (online orders), or what I want, can't be found (even when am pointing it out to the employee, I could find it!). I am thinking this is partially due to the fact that usually the employee is so extremely baked, thinking is hard, which don't get me wrong, sure I want them to be testing the products, but man, there has to be some limits. I am also thinking it could have to do with the fact that there seems to be a lot of employees. Maybe they aren't getting all the proper training or time on shifts to learn things. I go usually on the same day of the week, around the same time, and I rarely see the same people there. 

I hope things get better there. I will probably return as a customer in the future. For now I will go somewhere else in town, I just don't want to have to wonder what kind of experience I will have when I go.

Just stopped by. First time at a dispensary. Turned 21 yesterday. The staff was super kind and helpful. The establishment was nice with a great atmosphere. The fireplace as you walk in was a great touch. Plus they had an awesome selection. Will be going out of my way to go back over other dispensaries.
