I LOVE this place. Dr. McKeel is amazing and very informative. I am currently pregnant with twins and he has been so helpful every step of the way. I am always able to get a hold of someone to address concerns, which I have never experienced at other offices. The nurses and staff are amazing, overall, such a great place!

I've been going to the Tony Balice Clinic for about 3 years. This isn't just a walk-in clinic. You can actually have a  regular doctor and get an appointment to see that doctor every time you go in. As with any multi-doctor practice, your experience will depend on which doctor you pick. There's an application process which involves the entire team of doctors reviewing your medical history and then they assign someone to be your physician.  You are able to indicate which doctor you prefer (MD, DO, male or female) and they tend to place you where you're comfortable, and you can always request a change if you don't "click" with that doctor. I've been with Dr. St. John (DO) since I started going there and she's fantastic. Appointments are generally easy to get and often are the same day if needed. For those that use Ionia as their health care center, Sparrow Ionia is right there so you're not sent to Grand Rapids or Lansing for most testing procedures. I've never had a problem with the Clinic staff or the Hospital staff. For those reviews complaining about rude receptionists, while I can't speak to the Walk-In staff, the regular receptionist for the Primary Care doctors, Cindy, is amazingly friendly and professional. Excellent team and excellent care.

Ok I like everything but the pediatrician. The attitude problem is not ok

The Doctors are great, but members of front office staff have been very rude to me at times. However the Office Manager has been very receptive to my complaints about these and i truly believe that this issue has been resolved. Ill upgrade my ratings later after our next visit.

I can't stand coming here. Every time I come here I end up with nothing changing, accept for my medical debt rising. My last 2 visits cost me over 500 dollars a piece. When they mandate a drug test to make sure you're taking your prescriptions like you're supposed to, they charge you for every individual thing you "fail" for. Even though the whole point is to make sure you "fail".
