Offers many services, master of ?.   Contracted with them for a large patio and walk way.  One year later it was crumbling and cracking all over. Matthew the owner saiid it was the concrete supplier that was at fault. For 3 years he danced around the problem. I finely contacted Chicopee concrete, they came over and said it was Shoddy workmanship not the concrete.  I highly recomend that no one use these people. They are disreputable, greedy  shysters ..

We hired this company to pour and stamp new front stairs and a walkway.  The walkway and steps are two different colors.  The walkway is 2" higher than our driveway and we keep tripping onto it.  The steps have a huge chunk missing from one corner, there is a huge white line across the front riser, and holes dotting across the riser as well.  No customer service to come repair our new job.  Just cancelled the checks and left.  Never do business with this company!

We had Spartan install a 30x30 stamped concrete patio in our backyard.  The price was competitive and the service was good.  However, don't expect them to respond when it comes time for maintenance. It was time for resealing this year. I initially called end of April. That was the start of several calls. Such a lack of follow-through and lack of communication on their behalf. Numerous messages were left. No call back. Finally we were able to get in touch with someone who answered the phone. They said they were hoping to do it one weekend in July. I asked to be called one way or the other for confirmation so I could move the patio furniture for them. No call and then three weeks went by with not even hearing from them. After three months of this fiasco I gave up.  Apparently they will only do the big jobs and don't care about you after that.  If they told us this upfront it would be one thing, but they were the ones that told us to call them to reseal when needed.  Very frustrating and we wouldn't use them again as they don't know customer service.
