Can't think Jim and Nick enough for pushing me and encouraging me to do my best. Great trainers and great people. Friendly and always encouraging. I would highly recommend this gym for anybody that wants to make a change. Work hard stay humble! CKM!

Never did I ever think I would love working out. I guess I've been going about it the wrong way. I found this hidden gym and have been coming for a year straight! Nick and Jim are amazing. Very knowledgeable and help you achieve your goals. Best decision I ever made!!

Nick and Jim are great trainers and provide a lot of support to their members. They push the class through each work out until the very end! I love going every week knowing I’m going to feel great when I leave.

Best thing I've done for myself in a long time has been signing on with Spartan Gym Strength & Conditioning.   Nick and Jim really care about making sure you work as hard as you can and give you the push you need to want to excel and exceed your expectations.   No intimidation and no judgement, all the members are friendly and welcoming.

I'm 49 years old and I had never done any sort of self defense or boxing before.  Nick and Jim are great at working with newcomers and its been a great experience.  Proud to say I just passed my level one test.  On to level two!
