Today I went into specs to buy something for my best friend for her 36th anniversary with her husband. I was having a really bad day because I am a hurricane Harvey victim that is displaced. I would like to say that Tracy and Tamara we're so very kind to me as I cried and told my story. I picked out some items for the anniversary present and I sat down while they made a beautiful basket with a bow and shrink wrap and I can't tell you how grateful I am not only for their service but for their heartfelt concern for me! My best friend shops here every other week for her Deep Eddy's. I love specs and I just love the fact that they are putting in a area where you can buy restaurant equipment and home equipment for your kitchen. If I could give you a 10 star today I would! Thank you again.

Terrible customer service. Went to this location today and spent 20 minutes looking at craft beers and did not have a single person in the store say anything to me. No one greeted us. No one offered to help us find anything. Employees walked by several times, but not once did they say anything. 
Yes, they have a large selection of alcohol, but don't go expecting any interaction with employees. The Cashier who checked us out acted like that was the last place she wanted to be.  I have wanted to visit specs for several years as there isn't one close to our home town, but after this experience I definitely won't be back. If employees were busy helping other customers I could understand. It the place was dead. Some local people had several recommendations on good craft beer store and not one mentioned specs. Wish I would have listened

Huge selection plus they carry Avairy which I can’t find anywhere. Great variety and prices are fair.
