Specialized took very good care of my Mini.  I brought it in for a mis-fire and identified the problem quickly.  They provided an accurate estimate regarding time and cost and I had my car back that afternoon running perfectly.  Their shuttle service got me to and from work conveniently.  I would highly recommend Specialized Auto and will continue to take my car to them.

2018: Excellent service, very friendly and helpful - beyond what is normally expected.  I purchased my first Volvo from Specialized and they did all servicing  on it.  Was so impressed, I purchased a second Volvo and they have been servicing it as well.  Quality of work is above standard and the level of helpfulness is outstanding.

8-10-15:  Still impressed with Specialized after all these years.  Now that they service American cars as well as imports, anyone can take their car there to be serviced.  Excellent customer relations and very high quality of work.

Bad diagnosis (I hope). Took in car because I was hearing a "CLUNK" from the back. They told me it was coming from the differential, 100%. I needed a new one and it would cost $1200. Something felt off about the whole thing, so I got another opinion.

Differential was in great shape. My rear suspension was loose. A $40 fix. Thing is, to replace the differential they would have had to take off the suspension and put it back on. In doing so, would have "fixed" the issue.

A bad diagnosis that would have cost me $1200, or just a cleaver ripoff. Either way, certainly lost my trust.
