very slow service, bad coffee, bad pastries. no wonder its always empty.

I hate this location. They're rude and I go there specifially for they strawberry parfaits and once in a while I will get lucky and get one from the night before since it's 7am when I get there and I know they didn't make them fresh that morning because when they're out which is usually 7/10 chance they are! They say nope we don't have any yet, then I ask if they could please make me one or even 2, they always say no! Always! I can understand if it's crazy busy day they short staffed but nope never anyone behind me in line and about 5-6 employees in there. Any other specialtys I go to they always offer to make one if they all out. I usually always buy a ham and cheese crossant too for my husband but after today I told him I'm not spending no more money in there, I guess I won't eat here at all anymore since this is the only one on my way to work!

The medium coffee is actually large and may be more than you need. Excellent latte!

Very slow and non traditional. Can really screw up orders easy. Best to order online but keep your receipt when you pick your food up, as they lose it at times.

Great sandwiches! Recommend the Stuffed Pb&J of the turkey and cranberry.
