The problem started when DR. LeRoux went to spectrum health. When you had a none emergency problem he would get you in in a few days. Know if you do not have a prearranged appointment it takes 2to3 months to get in. that is unacceptable. . I think spectrum should look at their scheduling policy  so this delay in treatment does not happen. I hate to leave DR. LeRoux, but its time to find new doctor.

I tried three times to have a question answered. The first time I actually did manage to reach a human, but she dropped the call trying to put me on hold. The second try resulted in a wait of 7 minutes after the options menu, then the call was disconnected. On my third (and my last ever for this health service) try, a 2:22 minute wait until I was disconnected. On the positive side, at least the wait until I got disconnected was shorter the third time... I should trust my treatment to a company that can't get the phones answered efficiently?

The facility is absolutely beautiful & it is so nice to be able to do the majority of your testing right there at the facility.  Such as labs, X-rays, they even do upper GI's and Physical Therapy and again it is located right on the on the premises.
I am very pleased with the new facility, it has been worth the wait!!!!

Scheduled a minor surgery here and waited 45 min in lobby, watched many people who showed up after me go back and then leave.
