Giving even ONE star pains me. I stopped in at the Wadsworth location to return some incorrect equipment that was shipped to me. Kathy was the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with.  She was extremely rude, argumentative and completely unwilling to help. The ONLY reason that I am retaining my service with Spectrum is because Tom, at the Retention Center (via phone @ Spectrum's 800#), corrected all the issues I was having and realigned my bill and equipment as it should have been. Cudos to Tom! Excellent customer service! Kathy, in Wadsworth, however? You have no business working in any kind of customer service situation.

Hate their service and cable. They won't work with you to get a good price. Way over priced.

I don’t want to even give them one star!!! Terrible company!! Terrible customer service!!! Raising rates constantly and not telling us!!!! We will never deal with these people again!!! I don’t know how they are even in business. Moving onto Wadsnet like I had before. Never had a problem with them.
