I first went here in Feb for a workmans comp claim for my neck and shoulders. things moved slowly and they dropped the ball on paperwork, etc. several times. I did not end up starting therapy until late May. even then the schedule was so busy that they had almost no appts and could not even see me 3 times per week like I was supposed to go. the first few therapy sessions did not seem to help and they were supposed to put through a request for me to have massage therapy as well hoping that the two therapies together would help my neck and shoulders. they dropped the ball again on the paperwork and workmans comp ended up denying the claim because they did not provide the information being asked for. I ended up having 8 or 9 of the 12 physical therapy sessions before the time ran out (that workmans comp gave them) and unfortunately the therapy that they completed, did not help me at all. I checked into it and found out that I can transfer my workmans comp claim to another provider which is what I am in the process of doing. I would not recommend Spectrum (especially for workmans comp) but my wife had also gone there and was completely happy with the care she received either...although it was not nearly as bad of an experience as mine was.

Just pray your doctor doesn't have a scheduled vacation. Doesn't matter if they have 18 specialists, they will not refer it anyone else within the office. You'll just sit and wait for a diagnosis until the doctor you were originally assigned comes back from his two week holiday. Super accommodating!

Had to go there for physical and occupational therapy after my motorcycle accident. All the therapists that I had were awesome and very knowledgeable about what was needed to be done. I thank god the doctors there sent me to have an MRI done because if not I could have lost my foot because of a break that didn't show up on my xrays. But they know what they're doing and very friendly to boot. Very expensive without insurance but very good at what they do.

This account is actually under my previously married name! I must say Dr. Ericka Johnson is fabulous! I was 38 and went in a wheelchair with severe knee pain. She right away told me she needed to replace my knee. I was wanting to jump for joy. She has since replaced my other knee, rebuilt my ankle and fused my wrist together. I don't know where I would be without Dr. Johnson and also now Dr. Stefanko! He found my fracture in my back and has been helping me tremendously. Spectrum Orthopedics was literally my God sent of doctors!
