One old white lady is always rude to me and has a face of attitude every time I come. If you aren't happy where you work and then when I come to work I'm gonna stop coming here because their customer service sucks. Fat old lady still works there and just as rude. Why does she even have a job still if her customer service and personality suck for that job. This place could gain more business just by getting rid of her.

I'm never one to go out of my way and make a negative post but this is the worst gas station I have ever been to. As someone who works in customer service, this facility fails in all aspects of courtious, friendly service. Yes, it is a gas station, but you still would expect at least friendly people staffed there. I have come across only one kind and friendly staff member out off all the times I had visited. She is the only reason I continue to come. That and very close proximity to the area I frequent. There is an older white women who I believe may be the manager and she is downright nasty nearly everytime I am in. If so management needs a shift. Oh and their coffee is terrible although I have found all the Dunkin Donuts in this area to have awful coffee so I can't put full blame on this Speedway. l hope they can get some fresh FRIENDLY staff here.

If I could I'd give lower than one star. I visited this Speedway for the first time and it will be the last time I ever go to that Speedway. The older woman at the counter was very rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. I don't know how she's manager when she can't even provide good customer service.

Older woman was completely rude! I called to see if they had iPhone chargers. She says "we have chargers but I don't know what's over there." I asked if she could look and she said she had customers. I let her know I was willing to wait or if she could have someone else check. She just said no I can't. That was it!
