Lost money on Tire pressure machine. I was short of a quarter for the $2 charge. Having put $1.75 on the machine already, I went to my car to look for remaining quarter. When I returned in few seconds, my money is gone and the machine reset to $2 again. Gas station attendants were of no help and yelled at me that it's my fault for not having exact change.
Nothing frustrates me more than having to spend money on gas at a place where I cannot use the restroom or there isn’t a bathroom available. Safe were ok. I only spent my money at this location because of speedway points. I empathetic get gas at a place where I can use the restroom.
Everytime I come here they take 10 mins to come out and acknowledge you I always have to get out my car and knock on the glass. 2 times I had to GET out my car again and take the nozzle out my gas tank because they took so long. They always put more than you tell them and will literally keep putting gas to try and make more sale when your tank is full. So watch them ! Very rude and unprofessional here.
Domenica is the best Speedway employee I ever met!!!I’m refueling at this station in the past 6-7 months and all the time she’s very helpful and very kind!it’s a big asset for Speedway to have her!!! Amazing customer service!!!
Terrible service. Rude and unprofessional employees. The gas is cheap but there are other places next to it that cost same. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The management lost control here long time ago. Only way for them to attract you is low price. However it is not worth it.
The price at this station is always a bit less that the other stations near by I have recently started filling gas from this station so can't comment on the quality as of now
I had a propane tank that was damaged that I had purchased somewhere else. They gave a replacement without any hassle. Very polite and helpful! I’ll be taking my business there again.
Today I went to put gas to this Gas station and I fill up the my car tank accidentally I gave the guy who pump the gas extra $100 bill .. he said sir you gave me extra 100 bill I was so surprised how honest and good customer service he gave me I told him I will tell the manager about what you did .. he said I'm the Mananger at this gas station is the best service ever
high. Just gas. The price is too high compared to other places close by. Used to have reasonable prices.
This is not my first time at this station and every visit is a very bad experience. No food or bathrooms, but very rude employees.
