noon on a Monday and not a single hot lunch item ready

My favorite gas station..I love all the employees and manager. They all work so hard. They know me by name and know what I'm usually there for. No complaints from me.

This speedway will never get a cent from me again, I asked this old bat the simplest question. She snapped and tried to treat me like a child. Needs to work on people skills

Air pump wasn't working so customers let cashier know. Customer had zero issues with it,paid for his stuff and half way to the door, cashier says snobby like, well I never said I wouldn't refund your money! He leaves, next customer she tells well for real, did I say I wouldn't refund him?no I didn't. Some people I tell you, no need to get angry about it jeez..... which the guy was not btw The old lady working today at 2pm. At roseville location is the rudest person I have ever met. She complains about customers to other customers that just want to pay and leave.... stuck up B

I visit this Speedway at least 3-5 times per week. I live across the street.  Any issue with service/staff stems from the fact that people are hard to find to work and the existing staff work long hours/double shifts, to keep the place going. Quit your whining about poor service and give these people a break. If I owned the place, I would raise salaries to keep people and encourage more people to work there. If you haven't noticed, this is the new reality for 2023.

I live within walking distance to this Speedway and although it would be convenient to come here for food or drinks, I unfortunately avoid coming here unless it’s my last resort. The staff are not friendly every single time I’ve been here… they don’t greet me or say “hello” when I enter the store or when I come up to the counter to pay. They were rude to me when I asked how to redeem a reward on the Speedway app and told me to figure it out. There were even a couple times when I have seen an employee who was having a conversation with a customer start cussing I don’t think she was cussing at the customer but it’s still very unprofessional and rude. The workers here give off the attitude and impression that they don’t want to be there. The store is typically not very clean and there’s often boxes sitting out in the aisles usually partially blocking items in the aisle. The “fresh” food is very seldom and I’ve even encountered expired sandwiches. Also, the store has been closing very early so much lately I’m talking anywhere between 5pm and 9pm. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I felt this was necessary because something needs to change!

Horrible customer service on 02/18/24 by a older lady in the store.

All lights ablaze. 10:40 pm.    Doors locked.  Then a dude looked at me and shut canopy lights off. IF YOUR CLOSED. UPDATE HOURS. BE MORE RESPECTFUL.  NO WONDER SA SUCKS

My husband went to this speedway and the guy Cashier at 10:20 am on Saturday September 18th didn't even ask for his rewards card. Just scaned his personal rewards card. It's pretty nice to pump $40 worth of gas and not evan get the benefits of my rewards points.

Hours not accurate, but I updated them on Google maps.
