ALMOST EVERYTIME I GO IN THIS LOCATION THERE'S A PROBLEM.I WENT IN TODAY TO REDEEM REWARDS POINTS BUT THE MACHINE TOOK THE POINTS BUT DIDN'T GIVE A TICKET.I NOTIFIED ONE OF THE MANAGERS WHOSE NAME IS LISA SHE THEN TOLD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE NISHA T OK PUT MORE PAPER IN.NISHA MAKES COMMENT THAT SOMEONE TOLD HER EARLIER THE PAPER WAS OUT.THEY TELL ME TO CALL THE REWARDS NUM.ON CARD AFTER DOING SO THE REWARDS NUM.SAYS THEY WON'T BE IN TIL MONDAY.I GET HOME CALL THE STORE AND ASKS FOR CORPORATE NUMBER THE FIRST TIME I CALLED MANAGER GABY ANSWERS AND GIVES ME THE REWARDS CARD NUMBER AND NOT CORPORATE..I CALLED BACK LISA ANSWERS THEN TELLS ME TO CALL HER BACK IN TWO MINUTES ALL WHILE LAUGHING.AFTER I CALL HER BACK SHE THEN SAYS I CAN'T GIVE U CORPORATE NUMBER BECAUSE IT'S PRIVATE.I WANTED TO FEED MY CHILDREN WITH TOSE POINTS AND THE FACT THAT THEY WERE LAUGHING HAS PISSED ME OFF TO THE MAX!!..THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS I WOULD.

I love speedway. Staff here is not quite as friendly as other places. Kind of hit or miss. Very busy so it can be hard to get in and out of. Way nicer then the shell nextdoor.

Stay away from the mixed coffee mango ice cofee dispensers. They will get you sick.
