The manager (black shirt) named shawnee at your 6399 refugee road store in canal Winchester Ohio is extremely incompetent and horible at customer service. I entered the store with a line out to the door after standing in line for a good while the manager and another female emloyee come out of the office chit chatting white a male employee looks like he's panicking instead of tending to the line she continued to bs with the other female employee grabbed something to eat from the food area off to the right then meandered in a very lackadaisical manner over to the counter while coninuing to stuff her face when a customer went up to the area where she was earring she mumbled with a full mouth she wasn't ready yet. This is why i shall refuse to use any of your locations from this point forward. This is the kind of person that your corporation sees fit to promote to a leadership roll.

I have a bit of a weight  problem and I was buying some doughnuts yesterday morning and as I went to the counter the young girl working the register muttered "fat a**" under her breath and gave me a disgusted look. I have never been treated so rudely!
