I'm from out of town and my travel plans were delayed overnight. The manager of this store had no heart. As A person of much travel I've seen people with compassion, and this stores representative lacked compassion, and it reflects the company who hired this individual. Compassion, being one of the key moral views I believe are important in a community, I'd have to rate my experience here as poor. Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to see more of the town, so this experience reflected my time in Chattanooga as a whole. Have compassion, it will take you far.

If you're fortunate enough to get service, it's lackluster at best. Food took a half hour to get. And they call it Speedy.
