Good afternoon,

This company is beyond amazing. They have such great technicians and office staff. Technician came out and replaced a capacitor on my outdoor unit and the price was extremely fair. They also have a VIP agreement that lets you get discounted service rates/priority service! RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE ☺

Our initial technician, Angel was wonderful; he tightened the loss cables outside and got the AC running just fine, BUT it stop working again about a week after that. We called to get another appointment and received the confirmation text stating that the technician will arrive between 9am-1pm. We reranged our work schedules, so that one of us would be home when they arrived, but here it is 1:12pm and no one has arrived. I called Speedy to which a young lady, named Erin I believe told me that our appointment was scheduled for 1-5pm. How was that possible, when I received the confirmation text stating that the appointment was between 9am-1pm. The lady I spoke with did not one time apologize for the inconvenience, but rather explained that there was a glitch in the system. This has been a horrible experience because we took off work for this appointment and rearranged doctor appointments, so that one of us would home... Terrible first impression!!!

They called and came immediately to get the AC working again. Courteous and efficient. They worked around my work schedule as well. I would recommend them and would request their services again without hesitation.

I would beware of this company. They came out and replace a capacitor cap for my AC in my rental home, that I just bought. I was not there when the work was done. This was a BIG mistake. Evidently the unit was dirty and the technician never bothered to tell me about that. He slapped the cap on put the unit back together and went on his way. I was NEVER told the unit needed to be clean or to keep my eye on the unit to make sure it cools. The house was vacant, the unit continued to run and burnt up my compressor. The next company comes out looks at it and says the unit is dirty you can't use your home warranty on this. They should have told you when they replaced the other part. WHAT??? Lack of communication on Speedy Electrics part is costing me $2300.00 . It's ironic the name of your company is Speedy. Please slow down and give your customers good service and your business will flourish.

We are very pleased with the work and service provided by Speedy. The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite and we will continue to be their customer for all AC and electrical needs. Thank you Speedy!
