Horrible service. This place doesnt even deserve one star. Unprofessional. Never on time. Staff is beyond rude no type of professionalism. I would never recommend anyone to this horrible place. The manager told me to come in and bring my car so a issue can get fixed that they messed up. He never showed up on time after waiting an hour was told he wasn't coming in for the day. This place is a joke and should be closed down.

They are very unprofessional i called 4 times just to keep getting placed on hold and hung up on. They overcharge their customers i wanted to get a oil pan gasket and transmission gasket replaced on a 85 buick regal and they quoted me 877.00 dollars talking about its a 5hr job. It only takes 1hr and a half for me to do it but i have a broken arm. I cant stand the staff up there they need to be shut down or a new management including employees.

Took my well kept car to them due to stalling and sluggishness. Their diagnostics said my timing belt needed to be replaced and 2 or 3 cylinders needed to be rebuilt. They said that still may not solve the problem and suggested replacing the well kept engine that has had all scheduled maintenance during its 140,000 mile life.I told them that this car has been running perfectly and the problem began suddenly.Since they were the closest repair shop I took it to them. They said maybe they could solve the problem by replacing 2 spark plugs and 2 coils. I agreed to let them do it but it didn't make any difference. However they still charged me $300. So then I took my Acura to a Honda specialist who diagnosed the problem to be contaminated fuel.They completely flushed the fuel system and made my car run like new. So not only is Speedys incompetent but they will also rob you of your money while holding your car hostage.

Some of the staff is very sluggish and have no sense of urgency for their customers.  Many of the cards were being repaired in the parking lot.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have walked in there and asked them for their opinion on a repair and they gave their honest opinion even when it meant I didn't end up repairing anything during that visit. They aren't just trying to make a quick buck. These guys understand that happy customers = more business.
