the fat guy that works monday mornings needs to be fired, he is the worst of the worst at customer service. the guy is very rude and needs a class on customer service. It takes him 20 Minutes to get to the register and even longer to get through the line of customer, he created, by pulling your chipped card out of the Credit/Debit machine then you have to restart the entire process. Not to Mention the PCI Compliance test for taking chipped cards states that the Cashier Is not allowed to touch the card at all.

Everytime I go in to the Speedy's on mitchell,  the clerks are visiting with family and or friends that stand on the side talking and laughing with the clerk, and the clerks are not focused on the customer. There is "NO" convenience in this. It's not just sometimes, it's ALL THE TIME! I am sick of it. if its not friends or family, it's also frequent customers that the clerks chitt chatt with for long periods of time. This is crazy, not just one clerk, ALL THE DAMN CLERKS... I am just outraged at their disreguard for the some customers, we expect the convenience of the in and out, hell we 're paying for that. Please, get people in there that respect the customer and their time, I don't want to hear the soap opera, I would like good ol fashion customer service and speed at SPEEDY'S.
