I highly recommend Spence Diamond for anyone. From the moment we walked into the store all staff were friendly and helpful. Liz helped us with our memorable experience in finding my perfect engagement ring, and just recently our bands. She took the time to discuss the diamonds that would be perfect in my ring and let us look at each diamond in the telescope.... 
Most importantly she answered any questions we had and listened to concerns and let us have time as a couple to discuss our final decision.
We let Liz know our budget and she found us the perfect ring and bands in that budget 
Perfect experience from start to finish

Everyone was nice and Our consultant was amazing
Both my fiancé and I happy with the purchase.

Parth is amazing! Although I didnt end up buying a ring from Spence he had told me before I left that I can call him if I had any questions even if I didnt buy from Spence. I did end up calling and he stayed on the phone for quite a while and answered my questions. If youre going to Spence I recommend seeing Parth.

Amazing experience at Spence diamonds today! Parth was so kind and incredibly helpful to us! We went in just to find out what style of ring I would like and ended up finding the one! He never once was pushy or tried to get us to spend more money. We were given a lot of information about Spence and about diamonds. It was a very memorable experience for us to cherish for the rest of our lives! I am so happy I found the ring for me and I know all about it!

I would give this store zero stars if I could as giving them even one star is too much. We ordered my engagement ring from here and they sent us the wrong one. When we brought it to their attention they would not admit
it was the wrong one and said it was our fault for not being more specific at the time of order. The customer service was atrocious and tainted the whole experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
