Mission

As a part of the body of Christ we are called to carry forward the Great Commission as Jesus instructed in Matthew 28:19-20. It is our heartfelt desire, therefore, to be engaged in teaching, preaching, and living all that Jesus commanded. In fulfilling His request we endeavour to be diligent in preaching the Gospel of salvation to those in need of forgiveness and reconciliation, in teaching the rich wisdom, knowledge, and understanding as set forth in the unending treasure of the Holy Scriptures, and in making those teachings the cornerstone of our lives.

As a local assembly of believers, we endeavour to be the example of Jesus' teaching for the church age. He said, "A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another."John 13:34 We are committed to rejoicing with those who prosper and supporting one another in the difficulties of life, embracing each other and reaching out to welcome anyone in need of a church family.

We believe that we are called to be involved in all of these vital ministries in our homes, our local church and our neighborhood, and to the "uttermost parts of the earth" through local, state, and foreign mission work.
