I had an okay experience at Spice 6, a fast-casual Indian restaurant that lets you customize your own bowl, wrap or pizza. The restaurant was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The price and the portion were fair, but I expected more flavor and quality from an Indian restaurant. The staff verbally confirmed that everything in the menu is Halal.
Delicious look no further. Indian food with a new style and concept. Mysor Masa dosa was really good compared to plain dosa. Vada Pav was okay, nothing out of the ordinary but their Bahubali burger was flavorful Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options Parking: Paid street parking Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating
I am visiting Washington for a few days and wanted fast/casual Indian. I ended up here and ordered Butter chicken from the full menu instead of getting a bowl. The butter chicken was delicious and really spicy as I ordered it spicy. The flavor and spice was very good. The restaurant is small & not great for large group. The neighborhood is sketchy so be aware.
It's essentially the Indian version of Chipotle with many, many, more options. The food was delicious and the portions are more than generous. The staff was extremely friendly and prepared my wrap quickly. The wrap cost around $16 dollars but was easily enough for two servings. I highly recommend visiting Spice 6 if you enjoy Indian food that is made to order and readily available. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options are offered at this restaurant. You can make custom orders that are gluten and vegetarian specific.
5* Dosa + Idli Decent place They’re trying to offer lots of different kinds of food From Americanized bowls to traditional dosas, even a vada Pao Their dosa, idli, chutney sambhar was delicious. Bowls were mediocre. Chai and Lassi were okay. Gulab jamun were decent, soft. Staff was friendly. Even if you’re not familiar with Indian food, the dosa and idli are pretty good and risk free.
Surprisingly delicious indian restaurant in DC serving both south and north Indian dishes. limited Street parking, there is a garage next door. Neat restroom.Food: 5/5
This was one of first experiences with Indian cuisine and was still pretty new to some dishes. The staff was very helpful in helping through my order. Very clean and service was very positive and I will definitely be returningFood: 5/5
I felt this was the best place to have a meal after sightseeing in DC. It's affordable. Guys were quick to serve the food from the time you ordered. They have a variety of options and, for dishes ranging from North to South India. I left the place with 100% satisfaction for the money I spent.Food: 5/5
Good place for a quick Indian bite. Mostly take our place but have in door seating available if want to dine in. We had a naan pizza and a paneer dosa. Both were good but paneer diss could have been better. I have tried better before.
Let me start by saying that everything about this restaurant was AMAZING!!!! Good vegetarian options. We had ordered bahubali panner burger, naan wrap and mango lassi. Bahubali burger and mango lassi were super tasty must try. For sure, we would visit here again.Food: 5/5
