Great food, service and prices. The samosas are delicious . Best tasting and quality food.   Fork tender goat and chicken curry. Light and delicate spices.  Garlic bread is the best. Wonderful vegetarian choices.
The service is "attentive and welcoming". Nice, professional staff and the restaurant is spotless.

Went for dinner at Spice of India. Parking lot was empty but we were hungry so we ignored the first sign.
Our order was brought. First - samosas. Obviously reheated, not fresh, the dough was not flaky and the potatoes inside tasted like... like the dish has been seating on the counter for a week and went bad. Needless to say - I got very sick few hours later.
The other dishes we ordered - were laden with oil. They might as well call it an oil soup. I have tried a lot of authentic Indian cuisine and never ever tasted that much oil. Because of all that oil, those dishes tasted very bad, let alone - extremely unhealthy. Don’t you care about your customers? Maybe  chef’s education and authenticity should be questioned? We would love to have good Indian restaurant around here, and I don’t like to give bad reviews to the local businesses. But I believe people deserve to know before their visit. As for us - definitely not coming back.

I've tasted Indian food in many places around the world, but never got such a blissful experience as in this place. Their host is extremely kind and helpful, and their food is just the best! So many delicate flavors and textures. They make dishes as hot/spicy or as mild as you like when you order from their menu. Their prices are affordable. I'm recommending this place to all my friends and family, and definitely coming again as often as I possibly can! :)

This place is awesome. The food is all fresh and healthy. In fact, if you want salt you have to ask for it. Everything was cooked to my recently-turned, vegetarian, taste buds.  They do have many meat dishes that looked good but I haven't tasted them. I've been in town 4 days and have been for three of those days for the $12.99 lunch buffet.

One word....PHENOMENAL! The food was authentic, fresh, and delicious. The couple who own it are delightful, attentive, and take deep pride in their restaurant. The dining room was super clean, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the aromas were intoxicating. So happy we found this little jewel of the high desert. Its the little piece of India my family was hoping to find. ❤
