Coming from Atlanta with great food, we were in the mood for Thai while in Glendale for the day. I cannot rave about this place enough. We came on a Sunday afternoon. Customer service was friendly, we were seated immediately. The ambience was relaxing, it wasn’t busy. Feels/looks more upscale and not a hole in the wall which can be a gem too. The waitress suggested favorites from each course. I got the tumeric curry which was excellent. Spicy, ginger, tumeric, coconut, full of great flavor. I tasted my families meals which were all great. Drunken noodles were full of flavor, the Heaven Scent was garlicky but very delicious. I will miss this place. I’m surprised there weren’t more reviews for this place. Super
Phenomenal food and service, this tastefully decorated Thai restaurant was a really nice discovery while traveling through LA. Highly recommend the sizzling steak entree and the mango PANDAN sticky rice you haven’t lived until you’ve tried it with the pandan—subtle but fragrant Also the owner is super warm and she was so efficient with everything on the table side, attentive and considerate : 10/10
Upon stumbling upon this charming little hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant, we were warmly greeted by the owner and promptly seated. After perusing the menu, we decided to start our culinary adventure with the Crispy Rolls priced at $11. These fried spring rolls filled with glass noodles, cabbage, carrots, and taro, served with a delightful sweet and sour sauce, were a vegan delight. For our main courses, we indulged in the flavorful Pat Thai priced at $15, featuring rice noodles with beef, eggs, bean curd, sweet radish, bean sprouts, and green onions, all topped with roasted peanuts. Our second entrée was the Suji Dry priced at $17, a generous portion of glass noodles stir-fried with chicken, garlic, celery, carrots, Napa cabbage, and onions, tossed in a savory Japanese Sukiyaki sauce. The portion sizes were surprisingly large, easily satisfying two people per plate and proving to be great value for the price. The restaurant exuded a cozy, homely ambiance that instantly put us at ease. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the soothing background music, enhanced our dining experience. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food, generous portions, and inviting atmosphere. It's a hidden gem that deserves to be shared with others seeking a memorable dining experience. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu offerings in the future. Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes if not all can be eaten without and meat. Parking: There are paid parking or free parking less than block away.
If you’re look for a unique Thai restaurant, this is the place. The signature dish Basil beef is a must. The ingredients are fresh and with a nice subtle heat. I recommend adding a side of rice and mixing in a bit of the homemade chilli sauce for extra kick.Recommended dishesBlazing Basil Beef
We tried Spice Season for the first time tonight. The server was very pleasant. We liked the decor and atmosphere. Very comfortable. The food was good but not amazing. The Zen Way appetizer has fried tofu, but it was tasteless. The tamarind sauce on the salad bedding was supposed to make it tasty, but while the salad was good, the tofu needed some seasoning. The Gai Wings was good though the sauce was really good. The noodle dishes were the highlight. I enjoyed the Drunken Noodles and my wife liked her Suki Dry dish. The one item that my wife was raving about was the peppermint hot tea. If you are looking for good Thai-fusion, give this place a try!
This was a smaller Sized place with a wonderful ambiance, nice servers and best of all AMAZING food! It was super delicious 10/10 I would eat here againFood: 5/5
Nice surprise. This is an elegant, and welcoming environment. Modern decor with an air of lounge vibes. This restaurant has many options to different nutritional preferences. It has several dishes that are vegan and gluten free. We order the fresh roll, Kari Seafood and Sticky rice with mango. Everything has really great flavor. You can taste the freshness of ingredients and species. The sticky rice and mango was already my favorite desert but this restaurant really presented the most delicious one I have ever tried. Fresh roll were fresh, balanced and delicious. The Kari Seafood had great mild curry flavor, not the most impressive presentation, but still great flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely will come back!
We were greeted upon arrival there was no sign about seating ourselves so we just stood there. The restaurant only had 2 other tables occupied so it wasn't busy. The waitress finally greeted us. We sat down and I immediately went to the restroom, it was warm in the restroom which was a bit abnormal since you want there it to be sanitary. But okay. We ordered a water and I ordered the pomegranate lemonade. It was okay. You can't really get it sweeter once it has ice. we wanted to order an appetizer we were thinking about the dumplings but then she made it a point for us to get the rolls instead. So we got them. Yes they were good but now thinking back I wonder if she just wanted us to get them because they were more expensive. The sauce we got with the rolls were very different than the usual. It was okay. The thai food was adequate. We got the lunch special. You choose the protein and they give u rice and salad with it it was a bit expensive for a lunch special $19. Yes the plates were big and were in Glendale but yea. Anyways my friend got a vegetarian dish and I got beef and broccoli because I always get pad Thai. The beef and broccoli had not enough flavor the meat was dry . I basically just ate the broccoli rice and salad. It also got cold right away because the AC was on full blast.i ddnt really like my plate so I took it home to fix it up. My friend really enjoyed hers so I was happy that she was happy. The waitress wasn't really attentive. Looked like she was trying to leave as soon as we got there and on her phone most of the time. It's like sure handle a phone call for work but don't be texting and talking on the phone in front of customers. Your there to work. Then we wanted to pay and get boxes for our food. She rushed us a bit. I was taking my time trying to pull my debit card out then I guess she got annoyed or something she put everything on the table and said take your time. Before I got to slip my card in the hand held machine she ran out the door. I thought something had happened but she just got in a car with a guy and just left. Didn't say anything to us or anything. We paid and yes we took our time. Then the whole time she was there we were asking for a cup to go for my friends water. We never got it. So my friend got mad and we left. I don't know if I'll come back for a second chance. I usually do. Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian dishes but not many . I'm sure they could substitute something out.
Decided to give this place a shot since it's new in the area, and we are so glad we did! Ordered through the phone and service was nice and timely. We ordered the Satay Quesadilla and it was AMAZING, super flavorful, and the sauce was to die for. I loved that the cooks were careful enough as to leave an opening in the box so it wouldn't get bland and soggy, it worked perfectly. That's attention to detail. Prices are a bit higher than normal but not by much, and it is really worth it. Also ordered the Pad Thai and the Pineapple Fried Rice. Both were fantastic and made with quality ingredients. Can't wait to try more options at this restaurant. It is also a small family owned restaurant so I love supporting. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot!
This place is a 10/10! From the moment you entire until the time you leave there is a level of Fusion elegance. The food and drinks were delicious. I suggest you try the mint pomegranate as well as the lemongrass soup half chicken half shrimp. We also had the lemon leaf salmon and summer season entree. I would absolutely recommend giving them try.
